Our Counselling Agency is now online using live and interactive Zoom video meetings

As an online counselling agency we are committed to supporting people who contact us seeking help with emotional difficulties. Our agency is made up of people who have all experienced challenging times during some stage of our own lives, we are therefore able to understand that often personal challenges can seem like they have no prospect of being overcome. There may be a sense of not knowing where to turn to next, where seemingly every avenue has been explored without success.

It may come as a surprise to you, that roughly one in four adults in Britain experience severe emotional distress in any one year, and one in six experience this at some time in their lives. This means that there will be inevitably be times in our lives that will become more difficult than at others.

Typically we might experience...

  • episodes of anxiety
  • depression and low mood
  • or suffer from anger outbursts often towards those that care about us the most.

This may lead to our feelings becoming overwhelming and out of control and we may struggle to cope with our everyday relationships and responsibilities.

This is often the moment that people conclude that they are in need of help. A kind of support that with the best will in the world, family, friends and work colleagues simply aren't able to provide.

This is where counselling relationships differ from pretty much any other form of help. If any of the above is in some way familiar to you then it maybe that you've arrived at a place where you can begin to find the kind of support you need right now.
